2024 Team Leadership
Randy Kerr
Board Treasurer
I bought a bike in 2018 to try and get get out more and exercise, but really got into cycling during the pandemic in 2020. I moved to Portland in September 2021 from Florida and joined the team that November. This will be my second year with Team Oregon and second year racing. I enjoy racing road, gravel, cyclocross and have done a few short track MTB races too.

I began racing bikes around 2017 after having done a lot of community rides within the city like Pedalpalooza, and the Ladds 500. I started riding a singlespeed which got me hooked on track and eventually road racing, followed by CX, and MTB. A lot of the knowledge obtained and experiences I've had wouldn't have been in my life if I hadn't found a community like Team Oregon in 2021 to foster my growth. I get excited to share the love of bike riding, and always in awe of where bikes can take us.

I like to play bikes; sometimes other stuff too.

I'm originally from Pittsburgh, but a relationship at the start of COVID brought me to Portland. We broke up immediately, but I found PDX to be a wonderful place to live and years later I'm still here! I transformed from a commuter to a racer 3 years ago and never looked back. I ride all the bikes - road, grabble, CX, MTB. So stoked on bikes!

Board Quartermaster
I was lucky to begin racing bikes on my college's cycling team, where I found a supportive community that helped both new and experienced riders learn and succeed. I want Team Oregon to be a place where riders can similarly develop a long and happy relationship with cycling and racing. I race road, cyclocross and MTB, and have begun to dabble in track. All these disciplines motivate me, but more than any race I love finding new roads and trails, riding, and chatting with my friends.
